Low Cost Spay and Neuter Program
We are pleased to be able to offer low cost spay and neuter surgeries at both our Elizabeth and North Shore locations.
Our fees are based on income, and you must show proof of income to qualify.
Low Cost Spay and Neuter Policies and Procedures
- All cancellarions must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Applicants will be eliminated
from the low cost program and will be required to pay full price if the appointment is not cancelled
in a timely manner.
- All information must be submitted and reviewed prior to the appointment in order for discounts to apply. Information needed includes:
- Proof of income (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ or other tax form)
- Proof of vaccines
- Proof of ownership for dogs only – City or County dog license or Rabies Tag
- If information is not processed at the time of the appointment the client will be charged full cost.
- There will only be a total of three animals processed under one owner in a year's time.
Any additional animals in need of vaccines/surgery will be at full cost.
- After an animal has had their surgery, any services we provide will be at full cost
Applications are only kept for one month.
